Bulk Parts Proof of Contents
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the LEGO® materials provided to the Company are delivered as an un-itemized, bulk lot. The Company does not count, log, or verify the presence of specific, rare, or individual components including but not limited to specific minifigures, specialized pieces, or rare elements. The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims of missing, lost, broken, or stolen specific pieces or minifigures upon return. If a specific rare item is highly valued by the client, it must be removed from the bulk lot by the client prior to handing over the collection.
Set Completeness & Inventory Disclaimer
The Company accepts pre-built LEGO® sets for restoration based strictly on a "received as-is" condition. The Company does not audit, inventory, or verify the absolute completeness of any set, nor the presence of specific minifigures or specialized parts, at the exact moment of physical drop-off. Because restoration requires complete disassembly, washing, and rebuilding, any parts or minifigures discovered to be missing during this process are deemed to have been missing prior to intake. The Company shall not be held liable or responsible for replacing missing components or minifigures.
Chemical & Material Degradation
The Client acknowledges that older ABS plastic (especially old browns, dark reds, and dark greens) becomes naturally brittle with age. The Company shall not be held liable or financially responsible for any parts that crack, shatter, or break during or immediately following the cleaning, de-yellowing, or reassembly processes. The Client acknowledges that ABS plastic naturally degrades, oxidizes, and becomes brittle over time due to age, environmental exposure, and UV damage. The chemical and UV processes required to restore color can inadvertently trigger or expose this latent brittleness, leading to stress fractures, snapping, or structural failure of the plastic. All de-yellowing services are performed at the Client's sole risk.
Return Timetable
The Company aims to complete and return all bulk restoration projects within 30 days from the date of intake. However, this timeframe is an estimate and not a strict guarantee. If a project requires ordering specific replacement parts, rare elements, or specialized components to complete a set, the timeline may be extended. The Company is not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, part availability, or sourcing backlogs. In the event of a parts delay, the Company will notify the Client, and the 30-day timeline will be extended by the amount of time required to source and receive the necessary components.
